1. Who handles your data

Autorijschool Durmus Dag is responsible for the personal data described in this statement.

2. Trial lesson requests

When you use the contact form, the website asks for your name and at least an email address or phone number. You can also provide who the request is for, your preferred contact method, package interest, a pick-up location and a message.

These details are used to answer your request, discuss your lesson goals and arrange a trial lesson. The website sends the request by email to Durmus. Contact form details are not published on the website.

If you request a lesson for your child, only share information that is relevant to arranging and providing the lessons.

3. Reviews

When you submit a review, the website temporarily stores your name, email address, message, submission date and IP address. The IP address and reCAPTCHA check are used to limit spam and misuse.

Reviews are checked before publication. When a review is approved, its email address and IP address are removed; only the name, message and date can be shown publicly.

You can contact us if you want a published review to be corrected or removed.

4. Cookies and technical data

The website uses necessary session data for functions such as language preference, form security and returning form errors. These functions do not require analytics consent.

Web hosting and security systems can process technical information such as an IP address, browser information, requested page and time of the request to deliver and protect the website.

Legal bases

Contact requests are processed to take steps at your request before a possible lesson agreement. Necessary security and spam prevention serve the legitimate interest of operating a secure website. Reviews and analytics rely on your consent, which you can withdraw.

5. Google services

reCAPTCHA

The review form uses Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish normal use from automated spam. When reCAPTCHA is used, the browser connects to Google and Google can receive technical data, including the IP address.

Website analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only after you consent to analytics. If you consent, it can process information about the device, browser and pages visited to help understand how the website is used. You can refuse or withdraw analytics consent without losing access to the website.

6. Retention and service providers

Contact requests are delivered to Durmus by email. For unpublished reviews, the email address and IP address are automatically removed after 90 days. An approved review remains stored without those details until it is removed or an appropriate removal request is received.

Providers used for hosting, email, spam prevention and, after consent, analytics can process the data required to provide those services. Retention of email and technical logs depends on the settings of the relevant service.

7. Your choices and requests

You can ask which personal data we hold about you, request a correction or ask for deletion. A request may be limited when data must still be kept for an administrative or legal obligation.

Depending on the situation, you can also ask to restrict processing, object to processing, receive data in a portable format or withdraw consent.
